Randel McGee is an internationally recognized performer, teacher and artist. His comedy ventriloquist act of Randel McGee & Groark has been popular around the U.S.A. and Asia for over 30 years.

Randel McGee & Groark is a unique puppet/ventriloquist act that has entertained children and adults all across the United States and Asia (Japan, Korea, Malaysia, the Phillipines, Brunei, Singapore, India, and Taiwan). Their live performances are a fast-paced, high-energy blend of standup comedy, witty banter, original songs, and hilarious storytelling that appeals to young and old alike. They have been featured performers at puppetry, ventriloquism, and storytelling festivals, schools, conventions, libraries, and special events. They are the recipients of the “Citation for Outstanding Achievement in the Art of Puppetry Award founded by Jim Henson”. 

McGee & Groark teamed up with the nationally acclaimed Live Wire Media to produce 2 series of videos for young children called “Getting Along with Groark” and “Popcorn Park: The Six Pillars of Character” produced in association with The Character Counts Foundation. Both series have won several awards.

McGee is also a popular workshop and in-service teacher on how touse storytelling and puppetry in classroom and library settings.
